Following Wii Sports, Wii Fit promises to get you fit as a fiddle and healthy as a harpsichord in no time. The Wii Balanced Board works out your body mass index (the ratio of your weight to your height), so that you can see exactly how much trouble you’re in, and there are programs for all kinds of unhealthiness: aerobic gets your heart going, and there are also muscle conditioning, yoga and balance games. It even works out your “fitness age”, a bit like your brain age in Brain Training.
