All-in-one (AIO) printers are multifunction devices that offer print, scan, copy and fax functions in a single device. Most of these AIO printers also add an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) into the mix to allow for easier and faster scan or copy operations without having to repeatedly reload the flatbed scanner. ADF attachments are notorious for sticking out like a sore thumb, riding on top of the cover or right above the flatbed scanner.
