It’s all about portability without sacrificing power with the new Fujitsu LifeBook P8010. The Japanese computer maker’s latest lightweight notebook may only have a 12.1in screen, but that’s the only thing that small on this full-featured notebook.
For one thing, the P8010 is powered by a speedy Intel Core 2 Duo Processor SL7100 (1.2GHz/800MHz/4MB L2 cache) processor, Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 and WiFi connectivity.
Storage capacity is also roomy, at up to 250GB and the notebook supports up to 4GB RAM. It also comes with 1GB Intel Turbo Memory to improve the responsiveness of the system.
Despite being just 1.3kg, this ultraportable comes with a dual-layer DVD Super multi-writer, three USB ports, biometric fingerprint reader, a six-cell battery (rated to last 6.1 hours) and a 1.3-megapixel webcam with built-in microphone.
There’s also an option for a 3.5G wireless module so you can be connected to the Internet via a HSDPA network.
